Orsk
Orsk is a large city in the Orenburg region of Russia, the second in the region in terms of population (approximately 230,000 people). The Ural River flows through it. Not far from Orsk is another city - Novotroitsk. They are very close to each other and actually have a common border. The cities of the Orenburg region are closely interconnected.
Orsk was founded as a fortress on the banks of the Ural River in 1735. Now Orsk is a large industrial city. Non-ferrous metallurgy, mechanical engineering and mining are developed here. The city has an oil technical school, a medical college and some other institutions of vocational education, as well as branches of some universities.

The Russian settlement, whose population is about fifteen thousand people, is the city of Yasny. The Orenburg region "received" it in 1961. The reason for the founding of the city was the discovery of asbestos deposits in this region, as well as the construction of a mining and processing enterprise. The cosmodrome of the same name is located near Yasny. The fauna and flora of the area are priceless.
