The recreation center "Pear Lake" will provide you with such an opportunity and help dilute dull days with a lot of pleasant impressions.

Base location

This cozy place is located just a few kilometers from Simferopol. Just some half an hour by minibus or fifteen minutes by car - and you are there.

To be more precise, the hotel "Pear Lake" is located between two villages of the Simferopol region of Crimea. From Simferopol, you need to go past the reservoir to the right along Bespalova Street along the main road to the village of Ukrainka, followed by the village of Klinovka, and before reaching Konstantinovka, you need to turn left. Bavarian village

There is a recreation center in a forested area on the shore of a pond. The territory is very large and ennobled - alleys, benches,flower beds, cleanliness and order.

The recreation center "Pear Lake" consists of several zones. In the center there is a hotel complex consisting of three two-story cottages, which is stylized as a Bavarian village. Around each cottage is equipped with a cozy courtyard with a bench and gazebos.

What kind of outdoor recreation without barbecue? In the Bavarian village there is a special place equipped with barbecues, where anyone can organize a picnic at any time and cook this favorite dish.

Each house of the hotel complex has a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor.

There are 16 rooms of various categories in the hotel complex.

Each room has all the amenities, comfortable furniture, satellite TV. Economy class rooms do not have air conditioning, standard rooms and comfort rooms do.

Comfort rooms are additionally equipped with a refrigerator, have a larger area, more luxurious furniture and a balcony.

The cost of living in rooms is from 3500 to 5000 rubles for two people per day.

Cottages "Fisherman's House"

The next area of the recreation center "Pear Lake" includes four wooden log cabins, which are located right by the lake. Log houses resemble fishermen's houses, which is why they are called so.

They are rented as a whole, which is very convenient for a family or a group of friends. One of the log cabins is two-story, it is designed for eight people, the other three houses are family-type for four people.

Each house has all the amenities and everything you need for a good rest: furniture, TV, kitchen and other amenities.

The cost of rest in an eight-bed house is 15,000 rubles per day, the rest can be rented for 8,500 rubles per day.

Near each house has its own territory, barbecues, barbecue ovens, benches and gazebos.

Resort infrastructure

If you want to relax in nature, but you have only one day at your disposal, then Pear Lake will give you such an opportunity. On the territory of the recreation center, comfortable gazebos for relaxation are rented. Pavilions of various capacities, from six to 40 people. Large ones can be rented for celebrations and banquets, they have everything you need for this.

All gazebos have a different design, located near the water or a little higher - for every taste, equipped with barbecues and other necessary things.

A Russian bath and a Finnish sauna with a swimming pool are at the disposal of vacationers on the territory of the Grushevoye Lake resort complex.

The sauna is heated with firewood, there is a rest room and a traditional font. The cost of rest for 4 hours is 6000 rubles, the maximum capacity is eight people.

Finnish sauna is located in the Bavarian village. It has a cozy courtyard with a swimming pool and sunbeds. The cost of relaxing in the sauna is 15,000 rubles for 4 hours for eight people.

The complex has a Mexican-style cafe with large banquet halls andhuge summer playground.

A special highlight of the recreation center is the equestrian club "Verbena", located on its territory. For those who wish, horseback riding and horse riding services are provided, both for adults and for children.

For those on a tight budget, there is a very cozy hostel with quadruple rooms at the recreation center. The cost of accommodation in it is only 500 rubles per person per day. Each room has two bunk beds, toilet and shower.

Of the minuses, perhaps the guests name only one - a rather high price has to be paid for these ideal conditions, but they say that it's worth it.
