The village of Kholodnaya Rechka is located in a picturesque corner of Abkhazia, on the Black Sea coast. The resort is famous for its stunning nature and pristine beaches. The boarding house was built back in 1938. The last renovation was carried out in 2008. Then they made repairs in the buildings, replaced the furniture, installed air conditioners everywhere.

Now "Cold River" is a modern resort where you can have an inexpensive and budgetary rest. The territory of the boarding house is not very large (less than 2 hectares),but landscaped with beautiful southern plants. The resort is popular among tourists who come to Abkhazia on their own, in a company or family with children (from any age). The recreation center is open from May 1 to October 31.

All apartments have the necessary furniture (single or double beds with orthopedic mattresses, bedside tables, wardrobes, tables and chairs, one extra bed in the form of a folding bed), as well as a TV and refrigerator. The superior room also has a sofa bed. Almost everywhere there are air conditioners. Where there are none, fans are provided. Each room has access to a balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Cold and hot water is supplied continuously.

In total, the housing stock of the recreation center has fifty rooms, thirty of which are with sea views. Prices for accommodation in the boarding house "Cold River" (Abkhazia) start from 2880 rubles per day.

The Kholodnaya Rechka boarding house is located 12 km from the city of Adler (Sochi) and 14 from Gagra (Abkhazia). The city center can be reached in just ten minutes by taxi. From the railway station or the airport of the city of Adler, there is a fixed-route taxi to the checkpoint Psou. There you need to transfer to a taxi or a bus to the village of Kholodnaya Rechka.
