Fabulous city of Granada, Spain… What do we know about it? It is located in the southern part of the country near the foot of the northeastern slope of the Sierra Nevada mountains on stunning hills that gently descend into the beautiful valley of the river Genil. The first information about settlements in this place dates back to the fifth century BC. Until 1492, Granada (Spain) had the status of the capital of the Moorish Sultanate of Southern Spain.
