Once upon a time, the estate was owned by Count P. A. Golitsyn, who built here the Church of the Icon of the Mother of God "The Sign" (1708), which has survived to this day. Later, the estate became the property of Y. V. Bruce, a man about whom there were many legends and gossip. Then the estatewas redeemed by Elizaveta Petrovna and granted to A. G. Razumovsky. After the death of the favorite of the empress, the land was again left without a master, and later, during the revolution, Perovsky Park was officially opened here. Today, only memories remain of the once majestic estate, but meanwhile the recreation area boasts mighty trees, and some of them have already celebrated their centennial anniversary.
