To get to the long-distance trains, you should go to the first entrance and to the left. In the hall there are shopping arcades and cafeterias. You can drink coffee or any other hot and cold drinks, eat both snacks and more serious food. At the very end of the long-distance ticket office there is an information desk, a long-distance telephone.
