Since the area was previously quite swampy, he made every effort to keep the reservoirs clean. For this, he used, for example, cattail, which is quite similar to reeds. Now the Terletsky forest park cannot boast of the same crystal clear water in the ponds, but the ponds are always closely monitored and cleaned.
