In the museum you can see documents telling about Shevchenko's stay in Orsk and Orenburg, about his participation in the Aral expedition, as well as about his long exile on the Mangyshlak peninsula.
• The Khusainia Mosque was built at the end of the 19th century at the expense of the merchant Khusainov. It is decorated with a large minaret, which rises above the historical center of Orenburg. The mosque was closed in 1932, and its building was used as a Tatar pedagogical college, and later as a private security department. Only in 1992 it was returned to believers.

Theatres

Considering entertainment in Orenburg, one cannot but mention the leisure opportunities for those who are fans of dramatic art. Among them:
