Where is it?

Small cottage located 300 meters from the center of Budva. Villa Pinjatic is located inside the quarter and in the evenings the noise from cars and the fun of tourists does not interfere with vacationers.

Tivat Airport is located 23 km from the cottage. The house is located on the second coastline, distance from the sea - 200 meters. There are small shops and two supermarkets nearby. The road to the nearest beach will take about 10-15 minutes at an average pace.

Villa Pinjatic. Description of rooms

There are 11 rooms in the cottage. Of these, 6 studios and 5 apartments. In the first type of rooms, the staffing corresponds to two hotel stars:

Description of the cottage

Villa Pinjatic (Cat. B) 2 outwardly resembles a neat dacha outside the city. There is a small green lawn around it. In Budva, you can often find houses with white facades, and this cottage is no exception. The medium-sized balconies, which are in all rooms on the upper floors, attract attention. Here tourists can dry their clothes after washing or the beach.

The rooms on the first floor have small open terraces attached to them, which are shaded by vineyards.

For tourists who decide to rent a vehicle, there is a small parking lot next to the villa.

There are no separate pavilions for relaxation and a barbecue area on the territory of the mini-hotel. To relaxin the evening outdoors is possible only on their balconies and terraces.

Comfortable life in the hotel is provided by the hostess, who lives nearby in a small country house.

Meals are not provided at the hotel. You can dine at the restaurant "Zlatibor", which is quite close to the villa, but you need to be prepared for the high cost of dishes on the menu.

Internet does not work in the house. You can use it only behind the cottage, where you can connect to WI-FI after several attempts.

Hotel service

Villa Pinjatic (Cat. B) 2 doesn't have good service. Garbage from the rooms has to be taken out by the guests themselves. Bed linen is changed every 7 days.

There is a small playground on the territory. On the terraces there is plastic furniture. Room cleaning is only done at the request of hotel guests. Towels are also changed after the comments of the guests.

Checking in the rooms is not strictly on time. The hostess prepares the rooms approximately at the time of arrival of the guests, which is discussed in advance. There are no additional services in the villa, the service corresponds to the declared two stars.

Entertainment

To the sea from the villa about 10 minutes on foot at an average pace. There are food and souvenir shops along the way.

A small Slavic beach consists of pebbles and sand. In terms of cleanliness, it cannot be marked "excellent", so often guests go a little further to Mogren Beach. The road takesabout half an hour. You need to take special shoes with you, because there are no purely sandy beaches in Budva.

Mogren is open from 8.00 to 21.00. Anyone can enter here.

Sightseeing tours are best booked through the company "Biblio Globus". A Russian-speaking guide works here, so a walk through beautiful places will also be educational.

The tour does not include lunch, so you need to take care of it in advance and prepare snacks with you.

The villa is located near the city center, so all available entertainment for tourists will be convenient. No need to order a taxi to travel to an entertainment center or restaurant. In the evening you can take a walk to the cottage.

The city has a large water park and a mini zoo, so having fun is not difficult. For lovers of nightlife in the city center there are many clubs, anyone can find a place in a bar or disco.

Food

The price of a ticket to Montenegro in a good hotel will cost two to three times more than staying at this villa. In pursuit of cheapness, remember that food is not provided here. Guests most often shop for groceries at the supermarket and cook their own meals in the in-room kitchenettes.

Tourists with small children will have a little more difficulty. Complete set of several dishes in the roomcooking is impossible. Therefore, think in advance about choosing a cafe or restaurant with affordable prices for a set lunch.

Experienced tourists share their secrets: not far from the hotel there is a cafe "San Marino". During the day you can dine here for 5 euros. But travelers warn that the set lunch includes dishes from instant packages. This is a mid-range restaurant, so the dishes here are appropriate. There are a lot of ratings on various Internet resources about the work of the hotel. The quality of service reviews are negative. Guests note that the hostess does not follow the cleanliness in the rooms.

Only hygiene products were changed in the rooms on time. The guests, who lived there for about two weeks, note that the cleaning was done only twice. Often guests took out the trash themselves.

Villa Pinjatic has one indisputable advantage - the location in a quiet area. Guests can always relax in the evening in silence on the terrace with a glass of aromatic Montenegrin wine.
