Total area is 2000m2. The first opening of Midnight Sun Hotel 3 took place in 1998. The last reconstruction and renovation of the rooms was completed in 2014.

The buildings are clean, the territory is well-groomed. There is a swimming pool with attractions, a children's pool, a playroom for children. Spa services are expanded, there is a sauna, a hammam and a beauty parlor.

Residence Rules

Tourists with pets are not allowed in the hotel. Check-in for travelers who have pre-booked a room at the Midnight Sun Hotel starts at 14.00, check-out takes place before 12.00. The Midnight Sun Hotel has a total of 120 rooms: 98 Standards and 22 Family Suites. The standard room with an area of 25 m2 has a balcony, air conditioning, TV, satellite channels. There are 2 separate beds or one double bed. There is a wardrobe for storing clothes. The bathroom has a shower. The hair dryer does not work well (it is better to take the device with you). Hygiene supplies are not always available.

Family suite with an area of 50 m2 consists of two rooms: a hall with a seating area and a bedroom with a double bed. The room is air-conditioned and has a flat-screen TV (satellite TV). The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. A separate plus, according to vacationers, is the new furniture and cleanliness in the rooms. Cleaning is done daily, change of linen andtowels regularly 2 times a week.

Rooms can be booked in advance. If a room is mistakenly reserved, which does not suit you, you can agree at the reception and change it to a more convenient one. As a rule, such a procedure requires an additional fee.

Interestingly, a child under the age of 6 stays free of charge, but only if it does not require an extra bed. If they want to accommodate one more vacationer in the room and need to add a bed, then the surcharge will be EUR 10. For babies under 2 years old, baby cots are installed free of charge, but no more than one per room. When booking a room, you must indicate the need for a bed and receive confirmation from the administration.

Restaurants and buffet

The All Inclusive system is a distinctive feature of the service that Turkey offers to vacationers. Hotels (including Midnight Sun Hotel) include three buffet meals a day in the price. In addition, there is a restaurant, a snack bar and a pool bar where drinks and juices are prepared.

The range of dishes is simple, but the food is enough to not feel hungry. Breakfast includes eggs, bread, cheese, sausages, coffee, tea and juice. For lunch, salads, potato dishes, chicken meat are prepared. They offer fish, offal dishes, boiled rice, stewed vegetables, melon, watermelon, bananas, apples.

Local drinks are included but limited. By and large, the hotel belongs to the category of inexpensive, and an economical vacation justifies itself.

Private area for recreation by the sea is located at a distance of 1.5 km. The hotel provides free transportation of tourists to and from the beach. The bus takes guests at 10.00 am (immediately after breakfast) and picks up at 17.00. Some tourists share reviews that they even take them to the beach 2-3 times during the season. Of course, if there is no time and desire to wait for the bus, you can take a walk, and on the way back, use the services of transport.

Sandy beach. The entrance to the sea is flat and gentle, this is sure to be appreciated by people vacationing with children. For additional water activities on the beach (diving, windsurfing, bananasailing) you need to pay separately. The tour lasts 1 day. In the vicinity of the Manavgat River, which is very close to the hotel, there are beautiful rapid waterfalls.

The rooms are quite decent, but sometimes you can run into a problem in the form of leaking plumbing. Air conditioners work, furniture is decent.

Those who have vacationed in Side, Midnight Sun Hotel, are well aware that the rest here is not very diverse. If possible, we advise you to purchase additional excursions from tour operators or at a local tour desk. There are many interesting sights here, and maximum attention should be paid to visiting them, and the hotel has created normal conditions for living, there is a clear meal schedule.

Repair was completed in the current(2014) and some work was carried out at the beginning of the season. Of course, many tourists were unhappy with this, made comments. We hope that in the future the administration will take into account the wishes and plan the work schedule clearly.
