The small regional center Bryansk seems to be hidden in a corner of the European part of Russia, not far from the borders with Ukraine and Belarus. The railway through the city was built in the 19th century. There are two railway stations in Bryansk, although the city is not that big in terms of population. When planning trips, you should take into account the characteristics of each of them.
