Inside Italy is the smallest state in the world - the Vatican. Often it is called "dwarf", and in translation its name means "place of divination". From different parts of the Earth, people come there to look at the greatest architecture, visit famous museums and just feel the spirit and power that reign there. The most striking attraction of the country is the Vatican Museum. In fact, there are a lot of them throughout the territory, but, like everywhere else, there are the most visited and “forgotten” places. Some of them include Roman Catholic churches, while others simply delight tourists and locals with their we alth, grandeur and history.
The most famous Vatican Museum is the Gregorian Etruscan Museum. There are about eighteen halls in it, smoothly passing into each other. In this place you can admire the ancient Greek vessels from the Etruscan necropolises, household items of the people and many other things. No less popular is the Historical Museum of the Vatican. Visiting it, you can see an exhibition of carriages in the Lateran Palace, a collection of exhibits that tell about the history of the country, and many other historical monuments.
Allmuseums located on the territory of the country, of course, are associated with the rulers - the popes. They tried to collect the brightest and most valuable works of art in their lives, placing them in the appropriate place. Each room keeps various reminders of ancient times. In the Vatican, you can find sculptures of Ancient Greece and Rome, mosaics, antique figures, sarcophagi, octagonal courtyards and many other interesting things. In addition, each person has the opportunity to visit the Vatican grottoes - the burial places of the popes. Tapestries, candelabra galleries, apartments of the most famous rulers - all this can be found by visiting the Vatican Museum. The only place that is not easy to get to is St. Peter's Basilica. To visit it, those who wish to pre-write special applications that are considered for some time (namely, two months) and, accordingly, the Vatican department either admits a person or rejects his application. For example, children under 15 are not allowed to visit a pagan cemetery.
Each tourist can view all the Vatican Museums, photos of which are provided in special booklets. For example, one of the most beautiful and frequently visited places is the Vatican Library. There you can find the rarest books, as well as hold the masterpieces of world literature in your hands. It is in the Vatican that the most ancient manuscripts in the world are brought together.

Inside the latter, a marble zoo was built, where the rarest and most beautiful animals are amazingly depicted. It's worth seeing at least once in your life, even if you're not a Christian.
