About three hundred thousand people live in the Moscow region. As in all large cities, people with medium and high incomes live closer to the center. Successful entrepreneurs and well-known politicians do not seek to purchase real estate on the outskirts of the Moscow region of St. Petersburg. In the southern part of the Northern capital, there are more people with an average income, and there are many people from the North Caucasus. In general, the distribution of the population in the district is even.

If we talk about the cost per square meter of housing, everything in the center is much more expensive than on the outskirts. Although, of course, there are exceptions to the rule. The most expensive part of the district is the one that stretches from Victory Park to Moscow Square. Once upon a time, Stalinist buildings towered here, today these five-story buildings are buried in the urban landscape against the backdrop of high-rise modern buildings. It has an excellently developed infrastructure, many different shops and small office centers. But even the noise of the metropolitan avenue cannot affect the value of real estate in this part of the region. In this part of the district, located closer to the outskirts, a person with an average income will hardly be able to buy even a one-room apartment.

Transportation

In the Moscow region, things are better with him than in other regions of St. Petersburg. From almost any street you can get to importantplaces, including Pulkovo airport. In the future, it is planned to commission new metro stations. Despite the fact that they will be opened in the neighboring Frunzensky district, the load on the most popular public transport routes will decrease in the Moskovsky district.

Infrastructure of the area

The area is one of the most densely populated in the city. Economic, social, trade infrastructure is highly developed. There are about forty schools, several technical schools, colleges, over seventy kindergartens. There are city and private dentistry, hospitals, clinics, sports complexes, youth clubs, swimming pools, art and music schools. There is a large student campus near Victory Park.

Moskovsky district is a great place not only to live, but also to work. Moreover, this part of the Northern capital has become convenient for specialists in many areas, and above all for industry, not only in the 21st century. So, in the middle of the 19th century, several enterprises were opened on this territory, the most famous of which are the Retsche plant (the current VagonMash), a well-known soap factory throughout the country, and other enterprises.

The crime situation in the Moskovsky district is considered relatively safe when compared with other areas. There are no large railway stations, other places of mass congestion of people. The crimes that are committed in the Moscow region are thefts, robberies, thefts on the streets.

Historical monuments

There are several interesting sights in the area. This is a memorial dedicated to the defenders of Leningrad, the Moscow Victory Park, in which about 17 species of trees grow, and the Chesme Church. The temple was erected long before the foundation of the Moscow region. It was built by order of Catherine II in honor of the soldiers who fought in the Russian-Turkish war. Unfortunately, not all natural and architectural monuments have survived to this day (for various reasons).

Tourists first of all pay attention to the large bell tower, which also did not come down to us in its original form.
