On the Crimean peninsula, not far from Simferopol, is the village of Nikolaevka. Its favorable location has turned it from an ordinary seaside village, which is common on the coast, into a popular and developing resort.

Location and climatic conditions

The village of Nikolaevka is located on the western Black Sea coast, in Kalamitsky Bay. The modern resort is located in the seaside-steppe zone with a mild climate, which has a beneficial effect on the human body.

The daytime breeze, which does not encounter forest or mountain barriers, brings sea coolness and freshness to the steppe, and the nighttime breeze is filled with the aromas of flowers and steppe herbs. The proximity to the steppe provides lower humidity than in other resorts of the peninsula. Many tourists note that the rest in Nikolaevka is remembered by the fact that it is very easy to breathe here even in the strongest heat.

Another indisputable advantage of this village is the absence of seaports and industrial enterprises in the area. In summer the weather is dry and hot (+27°C). Surprisingly, unlike the southernshores of the peninsula, Nikolaevka does not have a velvet season. The sea in the second half of September is no longer very comfortable for swimming, although the water that has warmed up over the summer gives off heat for a long time. Thanks to this, the winter here is snowless and very mild. In January, the temperature never drops below +2.5°C.

Rest in Nikolayevka

Without a doubt, the beach holiday is the main one in this holiday village. The beach here stretches for eight kilometers. The coast is covered with sand and colorful pebbles. The sea is shallow with a smooth entry. It is very convenient for families with small children. The beach strip continues beyond the territory of Nikolaevka. In the northwest there is a wild beach, on which there is practically no infrastructure. To the south of the pier, on the other side of the village, are the beaches of boarding houses. And if you walk along the coast another 300 meters, you can find yourself on a nudist beach.

Entertainment

Despite its relatively small size, in terms of the number of entertainment, this village is almost as good as the larger and more popular resorts. In Nikolaevka there is an excellent Luna Park with various attractions for both adults and children, many restaurants, cafes, bars. Fans of nightlife will not be bored here. They will always be welcome in the popular nightclubs "Babilon", "Nebo" and "Baikonur".

And for the little guests in the village there are wonderful playgrounds, trampolines, slides. Thanks to this set of entertainment in the village, weekend tours began to be actively sold by many agencies.

Activity fans won't be disappointed with the trip either. The village has quite a decent football field, basketball and volleyball courts, tennis courts. And, of course, there is a full range of standard beach activities: jet skiing, "pills", "bananas", parachuting, yachting and sea fishing. And if these entertainments are not enough for you, then you can go to the "Banana Republic" - one of the largest water parks in Crimea, located 30 km from the village.

Hotels and boarding houses located in Nikolaevka are distinguished, first of all, by large well-groomed territories and developed infrastructure. I must say that they did their best - exquisitely designed flower beds, perennial and annual plants blooming year-round - all this pleases the eye.

Studio Suite

One spacious room with a kitchen area. The room is air-conditioned, has a TV, refrigerator, kettle, set of dishes. The room has a double bed, wardrobe. Balcony overlooking the pool. The bathroom has a bathtub, boiler,hairdryer.

Luxury - VIP

Spacious 54 m2 room2. Consists of a living room and a bedroom. The living room has modern upholstered furniture, coffee table, TV. The bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables, wardrobe. The balcony offers stunning views of the sea and the park. The room has air conditioning, individual safe.

Beach

Nikolaevka offers an excellent beach holiday. "Yuzhny" - a boarding house with a sand and pebble beach 120 meters long with a gentle bottom. Sun loungers, umbrellas, use of fresh water showers, locker rooms, volleyball courts are provided free of charge.

In addition, there are paid services on the beach:

• water attractions;
• rental of beach equipment.

The distance from the building to the beach is 150 meters. Shady park paths lead to it, surrounded by fragrant lavender and cypresses. In the morning, animators work on the beach - they play with children, and adults are offered to play volleyball.

Food

The boarding house offers three meals a day in the dining room according to the "buffet" system. A special menu has been developed for children. The range of dishes is varied and balanced. Guests are offered delicious and he althy food, a variety of vegetables and fruits, a variety of pastries. Vacationers are served by waiters in two cozy rooms.
