Costa Dorada means "golden coast" in Spanish. This coast stretches south from the town of Cunit to the very resort of Alcanar, where the district of Valencia begins. Where does the name of the coast come from? There is a lot of mica in the local beaches, so if you stir sand in the water, it will rise up, and then fall off in many bright scales, sparkling like golden splashes. The capital of the Costa Dorada is the second largest city in Catalonia - Tarragona. And the most significant resorts that everyone hears about are Salou with its famous Port Aventura park, Cambrils, L'Ametilla de Mar, Monroig, Perello and La Cava at the mouth of the Ebro River. And in each of these listed towns, as well as in the mass not yetnamed here, you can find suitable accommodation for a good rest. There is enough space under the sun on the wide beaches for everyone. After all, they are all municipal, which means they are free. This is what Spain (Costa Dorada) is famous for among tourists from all over the world. The hotel, standing on the front page, still provides access to the sea and other vacationers.

Historically, there are practically no 5-star hotels on this coast. But do not forget that a three-star hotel in Spain is a full-fledged "five" in Egypt. For tourists looking for a budget holiday, Spain, Costa Dorada is also suitable. It is easy to find a 1-2hotel in any resort. They have small but clean and comfortable rooms, breakfast is often included in the price. And hotels of a higher category practice either half board (breakfast and dinner), or the All Inclusive system. For example, according to this scheme, which is loved by Russian tourists, all Spanish lines "Sol Melia" and H10 work.

The map of hotels in the Costa Dorada (Spain) includes many campsites. Often these are beautifully landscaped areas on the coast. Mostly tourists come here in their own vehicles, since campsites are located far from cities and resort villages. The word "camping" should not be understood as a crowd of tents or tin (wooden) houses.
