For buyers, the greatest interest should be the opportunity to watch the sunset and sunrise from the same room in full glory, as well as change the panorama from the windows to suit the mood. Another feature of the project is its significant autonomy. A modern skyscraper will generate electricity in excess of its own needs. Energy wind turbines will be placed between the movable floors, and solar panels are planned to be installed on the roof of the building.

How will the rotating tower (Dubai, United Arab Emirates) be built?

As conceived by David Fisher, only the central fixed part of the building will be erected in the traditional way. The moving floors and other elements that will make up the rotating tower will be prefabricated at a factory in Italy. According to the calculations of engineers, it will take no more than three days to build one level with this technology. All necessary technical calculations have been made.
