The brick estate was built in the 19th century on land donated by Okhotnikov from Catherine II herself. The building is a monument of architecture and history. It organically intertwines elements of Art Nouveau and Neo-Gothic. In Soviet times, the estate housed a sugar factory, a village club and a canteen, so, alas, the excellent stained-glass windows and interiors have not been preserved to this day. However, the appearance of the building is so impressive thatyou should come here at least once in your life.
