Most Russian tourists, going on a long-awaited vacation, prefer to rest on the all inclusive system. And no wonder, because by paying the cost of the tour, you can have a great time in a hotel with all amenities and not spend a single cent more than paid at home.
Most often, the all-inclusive system is offered in hotels in Egypt or Turkey, but sometimes it can be found in other countries. Due to the fact that there are more and more varieties of all inclusive every year, it is better to understand what is the difference between them and what is included in the “vacation set”.
The essence of the concept of "all inclusive"
Meals "all inclusive", or in English all inclusive (ALL) are prepaid services that are provided to the guest after check-in. The most common ALL options are the following list of services:
- accommodation in the designated room category;
- three meals a day throughout the day on a buffet basis;
- local drinks, including alcohol;
- other types of service (in-room safe, mini fridge, etc.).
Thus, all-inclusive meals allow you to forget about many problems associated with organizing a holiday. There is no need to spend additional money to pay for dinner in restaurants, as the hotel will offer tourists buffet meals, where there are no restrictions on the amount of food eaten. Depending on the category of the hotel, the number of dishes is from 3 to 10, and fresh pastries, desserts, sweets and fruits are also provided.
Alcohol lovers will appreciate the all-inclusive meal plan due to unlimited access to locally produced alcohol. However, you need to be prepared for the fact that strong drinks that are not produced in the holiday country will need to be paid extra. Freshly squeezed juices and ice cream, as a rule, are also not included in the ALL price. Among the services, relaxation by the hotel pool and on the beach, a children's animator and, possibly, an evening program will be provided free of charge.
Varieties of the all-inclusive system
There are different types of all inclusive, which differ depending on the country of rest, the level of the hotel, the cost of the tour and other factors. It is worth noting that there are no standards for what should be included in all-inclusive meals, so a lot depends on the reputation of the hotel, competition and the imagination of managers.
Despite this, 2-3 star hotels offer full board and local drinks at their own expense. In 4-5 star hotelsthe price also includes the use of beach accessories and related equipment.
There are several abbreviations for the term "all inclusive". As the concept is designated, almost every tourist knows. The most common are ALL (all inclusive), mini ALL (used in 2-3 star hotels), UAL (a wider range of free services in 4-5 star hotels).
Ultra All Inclusive Meals
Ultra All inclusive is a significantly expanded list of services that a tourist pays for when buying a ticket to a selected hotel. This system is most developed in fashionable five-star hotels in Egypt and Turkey. As a rule, it includes the following types of services:
- 24-hour food system (brunch, afternoon tea, night dinner);
- food delivery to the room;
- import alcohol;
- daily replenishment of minibar rooms;
- free tennis and bowling;
- visiting the SPA center, sauna, massage room;
- entertainment in the amusement parks and water parks of the hotel;
- water sports.
All Inclusive (as we have already said) is a very convenient holiday concept. But the "ultra all inclusive" system is usually quite expensive (more expensive than a simple All inclusive). It is worth clarifying that, in turn, Ultra All inclusive has dozens of types: Mega All inclusive, Imperial All inclusive, All inclusive de luxe and so on.
All inclusive in Europe
Europeanthe ALL system is significantly different from the all-inclusive meals in Egypt and Turkey. The reason for such differences lies in the very nature of the emergence of All inclusive, which is in demand in resorts where all entertainment is located on the territory of the hotel. European tourist centers, on the contrary, abound with various restaurants, bars, discos and local attractions. Therefore, the Europeans consider the all-inclusive system an unnecessary excess.
By paying All inclusive, the guest receives a bracelet or other insignia, which gives the right to three meals a day and local alcoholic drinks. Additional services may include water aerobics, tennis or a sauna. In 3-star hotels, special entertainment is not provided at all.
When buying a ticket, it is better to check with the tour operator which system is used in the chosen hotel and what is included in it. Upon arrival on vacation, you can get full information about the services provided.
