Basic operating principles
Separately, it should be said about security issues, which the management of the Spanish airline approaches with particular care. All employees take refresher courses every year, and the entire fleet, without exception, is regularly tested for quality and reliability. No less attention is paid to issues of comfort and pricing policy. For example, the Iberia airline, which has only the most positive reviews, regularly holds special promotions for its passengers and offers a high level of service, regardless of flight class. People using the services of this carrier also note punctuality, convenient connections between flights, professionalism of employees and attentiveness of the aircraft crew. The future plans of the Spanish airline include the acquisition of modern Airbus A380s and a significant expansion of the route network. In addition, management plans to unload South American and Latin American destinations.
