It is hard for young carriers to win the trust and love of passengers, primarily because they cannot afford the most modern aircraft and flights without delay. This is a flight from Moscow to Turkey. In this case, passengers report palpable in-flight turbulence, old aircraft, cracked seat upholstery, and persistent long delays of several hours.

Reviews about the food on board are conflicting. Traditionally, cold-type meals are offered on short-range flights, and hot-type meals on long-distance flights.
