Where did the concept of "nudism" come from?

If you look into history, then nudism, or naturalism, appeared in Germany, at the beginning of the twentieth century. Then it became fashionable to swim and sunbathe completely naked. This youth trend then found its response among the youth of other countries.

In Russia, the nudist movement has only recently begun to tread a path among conservatives and retrogrades.

But a nudist beach is not just an exposure of people, but also the bare primeval nature itself: sand, pebbles, water, waves and the sun, everything looks the same here as it did at the time of the creation of the world. And anyone can come here and try to return to the innocent state of Adam and Eve before their expulsion from Paradise, when theyhave not yet known shame.

Today, it is already possible more freely than before to come to a nude beach, take a break from the bustle of the city and conservative public views. Many have come to terms with nudists and no longer perceive them as inadequate perverts. And yet, for their vacation, nudists try to choose places far from prying eyes.

We have a lot to learn from them

By the way, we have a lot to learn from naturists - after them it is always clean. Nature is sacred to them, so leaving dirt behind is unacceptable. Any nudian beach - in Sochi, Adler, Tuapse - is a recreation area, harmony of body and soul. Indecent behavior has no place here. This is closely watched by "old men" - nudists.

Such beaches can be visited by ordinary people.
