The capital of Ukraine, the glorious Kyiv, which was once called the "Mother of Russian cities", is spread on both banks of the Dnieper River. Administrative division, carried out from the 20s of the last century until recently, identified 10 districts, 3 of which are located on the left and 7 on the right banks.
