Bulgarian hotel Kalofer 3 (Sunny Beach) was built in 2005. A year later, a renovation was carried out here, and in 2016 a partial renovation was also organized.

On a small area belonging to the hotel, there is one building, conditionally divided into 3 buildings. Two of them have 3 floors, and in the central part of the building - 7 floors. The hotel building is equipped with two elevators, on the ground floor there is a spacious reception, where guests are registered. By the way, it starts at 14:00, but the departure must be made no later than 12:00. The hotel has a late check-out option, however, this service is available for a fee and is only possible if the hotel has rooms available at that time.

Although the Kalofer 3hotel (Bulgaria) has a small surrounding area, it has nice flower beds, and there is also a pool with sun loungers around it. Of course, there is not much entertainment in the hotel, but thanks to them, guests will be able to diversify their vacation and have a great time free from swimming and sunbathing.

Tourists who have chosen the hotel "Kalofer" (Bulgaria, Sunny Beach) for their vacation should be prepared for the fact that they will have to walk a little to the sea, as the hotel is located on the third beach line.

The hotel is located directly in the central part of Sunny Beach: it will take only 300 meters to get to it. Around a large number of other local hotels, within walking distance there is even a water park. And at a distance of only 1.5 kilometers there is an ancient city called Nessebar, which is also very interesting for tourists to visit.

From the airport of the Bulgarian city of Burgas, the hotel is only 30 kilometers away. This distance is quickly overcome by public transport or by taxi. Only 30-40 minutes of travel, and guests will be able to check into the purchased rooms.

Each room also has a balcony with a dedicated table and chairs.

There are 66 superior rooms in the hotel. Their area is larger than that of standard ones, and they are designed for a maximum of four people. There are two single beds, which, if desired, guests can be moved together, and a sofa bed. Otherwise, the equipment of rooms of this type is no different from the standard category.

The most spacious accommodation options available at the Kalofer 3 hotel (Sunny Beach) are apartments. In total, there are four of them in the hotel, each of them can comfortably accommodate four people. These rooms are distinguished by the fact that guests are provided with two separate rooms. One of them has a bedroom with a double bed, two bedside tables, a dressing table with a chair, a wardrobe for everything you need. Another room is a cozy living room where you can sit on a sofa or an armchair, use a coffee table, sit at a small dining table on one of several chairs. The balcony in this type of room is also larger than others, but it also has special outdoor furniture.

The cost of rooms inKalofere

Undoubtedly, all our compatriots who have gathered for a vacation in the Bulgarian hotel Kalofer 3(Sunny Beach) are interested in the prices for accommodation in it. It is worth noting that this country has its own currency called the Bulgarian Lev. All prices in hotels, shops, restaurants and other places in this country are indicated, of course, in it.

Like any other foreign currency, the Bulgarian lev has a fluctuating exchange rate against the Russian ruble. This exchange rate changes daily, but on average one lev costs 34 rubles. 2. If guests arrive from July 15 to July 30, then for a day in a standard room you will have to pay 68 levs (51 levs), in a superior room 78 levs (59 levs), in apartments 124 levs.

3. The highest season at the hotel is from July 1st to August 21st. The cost of rooms during this period is 86 BGN for a standard room (65 BGN if the guest checks in alone), 96 BGN for a "superior" room (72 BGN), for apartments 144 BGN.

3. In the period from August 22 to September 5, a night at the hotel will cost 72 lev (54 lev) withaccommodation in a standard room, 82 lev (62 lev) in a "superior" room, 124 lev in an apartment.

4. The closing period of the hotel runs from 6 to 30 September. Room prices during this period are the same as at the beginning of June.

Hotel catering

Breakfast is included in the cost of each room at the Kalofer Hotel. It is served daily in the dining room located on the ground floor of the main building. Guests are offered a variety of dishes in the buffet system, so no guest will definitely leave here hungry in the morning. You can also order lunches in addition, the cost of which is 15 levs per adult and 7.5 levs per child.

There is also an a la carte restaurant on site, where you can taste exquisite and delicious dishes of both local and international cuisine. There is also an outdoor bar where you can order any drink for some money.

Things to do for hotel guests

As mentioned above, "Kalofer" is a rather small hotel with a small adjacent territory. However, it has two swimming pools. One is designed for bathing adults, it even has a hydromassage section. Around it are plastic sun loungers and several umbrellas, which in the heat of the day can create a shadow from the burning sun. The second is designed specifically for children. It is small in size, shallow, and adjoins the slide, which can be fun to slide right into the water.

On the ground floor of the building, not far from the reception,there is a pool table and table football, there is also a ping-pong table, which, if necessary, you can put and play tennis at your pleasure.

If guests feel like relaxing, they can take advantage of the local small spa. In it you can use the services of massage, visit the bath or sauna, sit in the jacuzzi. There is also a modest fitness room with the necessary equipment, so those who keep fit will also find something to do here.

Song lovers can enjoy the opportunity to sing karaoke with their friends. And after dark, everyone can light up at the disco organized in the hotel, which will be a great end to the day for young people.

Wireless Internet is available in public areas of the hotel, such as near the reception. There is a currency exchange kiosk, so it is not necessary to arrive at the hotel with a bundle of Bulgarian lions.

Bulgaria is not only a place to relax on the sea. Hotel Kalofer 3 will be happy to provide all those interested with the opportunity to hold a business meeting, presentation or any other important conference. To do this, the hotel has two conference rooms of different capacity. One of them is suitable for an audience of 80 people, the other will fit 50 guests.

Both of these rooms are equipped with all the necessary equipment that you may need during a business event. It has state-of-the-art video and audio systems, microphones and computers.

Breakfasts and other food in local restaurants are quite tasty and varied. All the furniture in the rooms is quite new, everything is whole and clean. The staff at the hotel is friendly and welcoming, but practically does not speak Russian. Vacationers also like the location of the hotel, because it is convenient to get from it to the beach, and to shops, and the city center is close. For those who do not set themselves the goal of sitting on the territory of the hotel for days on end, accommodation here is a great option.

What hotel guests don't like

Of the minuses, tourists note central air conditioning, which cannot be adjusted independently. The hotel also has some problems with housekeeping and pool cleaning, which are not always done regularly. Our compatriots in their reviews report that it is best to remind about cleaning the room at the reception, then the cleaners will soon come and do their job. There is not enough internet for vacationers, which could be used throughout the hotel, including in the rooms, as well as beach towels, which are not provided here.
