However, the construction of the main part of the estate complex began only in 1775. Then the owner of the estate was Senator V. A. Vsevolozhsky. The rich nobleman did not spare money for the arrangement of his estate. He built a manor house, and for servants and guests - four two-story outbuildings. On the territory of the estate during this period, a cattle yard was equipped and a stud farm, a tin and linen factory, cabinetmakers' workshops were erected.
A perfect addition to the house was the driveway, along which there are outbuildings. The Serednikovo estate is surrounded by a park ensemble of amazing beauty. Its main decoration are ancient trees. The layout of the park was carried out taking into account the natural landscape, the peculiarity of which was the presence of deep ravines. And to this day, the bridges thrown over them have been preserved.
Arkhangelsk
