Going on the road
Any journey begins with a route. Decide how you will move. It is not necessary to have a private car in order to visit interesting sites in the immediate vicinity of the capital. It is not difficult to get to many places that are today abandoned by mankind by public transport. Smaller distances can be covered by bike. Please note that communication problems may occur during the walk, therefore, in addition to the navigator, take a paper map of the area with you or write down landmarks in a separate notebook. For a trip to abandoned places, you should choose special clothes. Protect your feet - it is better to put on military-style boots and put on tight pants, preferablybring along a light jacket. Don't forget to also put a flashlight, matches, food and water, a small first aid kit in your bag.

The city-decoration is located in the Solnechnogorsk region, near the village of Serednikovo. The shooting of the film "Notes of the Expeditor of the Secret Office" took place here. The filming space recreates medieval Vyborg, on its territory there is a ship, a fortress wall and many interesting buildings, including a castle and a church. Mansion in Grebnevo
If you want to see two abandoned temples at once, a posh house of landowners and a lot of buildings for household purposes, you should go to the village of Grebnevo, Shchelkovsky district. The manor complex was built in the 16th century andchanged many owners, each of which slightly changed the appearance of the palace and the surrounding area according to their personal tastes. Later, at different times, there were located here: a hospital, a factory and a secondary special educational institution. The complex is recognized as an architectural monument, but today there is no work on its reconstruction, and the entrance to the territory remains free. Like many other abandoned places of this type in Moscow and the Moscow region, the estate is surrounded by a large park, which today is heavily overgrown and in a deplorable state.
Other architectural abandoned objects near the capital
Not far from the town of Serpukhov near Moscow are the ruins of the once grandiose manor estate of Pushchino-on-Nara. Look for the building near the village of Pushchino. By the way, a large-scale facade with columns can be seen from the highway. Near the ancient palace there are simple village houses with vegetable gardens, and the local population is not particularly welcoming to tourists. But this is not a hindrance, since the estate is not guarded. Brick walls, decorated with columns with rich stucco and bas-reliefs, have survived, in some places you can discern the remains of a mosaic, near the main entrance there is a large bowl of the fountain. Interesting enough to visit the Church of Our Lady of Kazan, located near the village of Yaropolets. This object is a must visit for all lovers of taking photos of abandoned places. The architectural ensemble is the property of the Orthodox Church, but restoration has not yet begun. The territory near the temple is guarded, you can negotiate with the watchmenon site inspection. In addition to the church with an underground tomb, the grave of the count, the bell tower and the stele, which can be found right behind the linden alley, deserve attention.
Unusual abandoned buildings
If you want to visit truly scary abandoned places, go to Andronyevskaya Square. Here are the legendary abandoned buildings, which are inhabited by real ghosts and poltergeists. The greatest dose of adrenaline can be obtained here, walking at sunset or at night. One of the most unusual buildings abandoned by people in the Moscow region is a dielectric ball. It is located on the edge of the forest near the village of Ignatovo. The structure was built to receive and process information sent by artificial satellites from space. No less interesting are Syany - caves created during the organization of the reservoir. The project was never completed, apart from the catacombs? the unfinished dam remains. The most convenient way to get to this place is from the Domodedovskaya metro station by bus (route number - 439).
