Deer Brooks is a territory located in the Sverdlovsk region. 100 km separate this natural park from the city of Yekaterinburg. The Serga River flows through its territory. This zone was created not only to protect the biological diversity of the area, but also as a place for tourists to relax.
A bit of history
The Deer Streams Natural Park was opened in 1999 on the border of the forest-steppe and mountain taiga. But long before that, a group of students from the Ural University was marking tourist trails.
Origin of the name
On the territory of the unique park "Deer Streams" traces of the activity of an ancient man were discovered. On one of the rocks near the Serga River, archaeologists saw an image of a red deer. Further research showed that this drawing was made by hunters over 1000 years ago. And the "Red Deer" has since become a symbol of these places.
Animals and flora

Caves

- Druzhba Cave impresses with its size. Its total length is at least 500 meters. There you can see wide grottoes, as well as underground lakes and streams.
- Arakaevskaya cave is considered one of the youngest and most beautiful natural formations of these places. Bats live here in winter.
- Small Arakaevskaya cave: this unique object consists of three holes under the rock. It is a natural monument.
