The recreation center "Chaika" (Lazarevskoye) is focused not only on family vacations, here you can spend a vacation alone or with a large company. The boarding house is open from May to September.

The recreation center "Chaika" occupies a fairly large and well-landscaped area, on which there are several residential buildings and summer houses. Thanks to the abundance of greenery, guests forget that they are not in a quiet place remote from civilization, but in the center of the village.

Recently, the boarding house "Chaika" opened a new branch "Olesya", consisting of two-story cottage-type buildings and summer houses. It is very close to the sea.

Rooms of the central boarding house and branch

To accommodate guests in the central boarding house "Chaika" (Lazarevskoye) there are 154 rooms inthree and four storey buildings. There are two-, three- and four-bed apartments. All rooms have furniture necessary for a comfortable stay (single and double beds, wardrobes, tables and chairs, bedside tables), a TV and a small refrigerator. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin. Many rooms have air conditioning. One-story wooden houses without amenities are also available for guests.

The housing stock of the Chaika branch was built only in 2014. These are completely new buildings, which are made according to the cottage type. The equipment of the rooms is exactly the same as in the central boarding house. True, the furniture is modern, and the beds with comfortable orthopedic mattresses. Installed LCD TVs and safes. All rooms have a split system and an equipped bathroom with a shower. Private balconies only on the second floor. The first one has only a common terrace.

Prices in the boarding house "Chaika" (Lazarevskoe) start from 2500 rubles per day and depend not only on the category of the room and building, but also on the month of settlement. For example, accommodation in a new standard room (as in the photo above) in July will cost 3,000 rubles per knock.

Services and services provided at the recreation center

The cost of living in the central boarding house "Chaika" (Lazarevskoye) includes:

• use of secure parking (by prior arrangement, as it is designed for a limited number of cars);
• visiting the dance floor (daily discos);
• use of the sports ground (suitable for group games);
• daily housekeeping and trash removal;
• change bed linen once a week.

For an additional fee, the administration of the boarding house "Chaika" offers its guests excursion services, as well as rental of cultural, household and beach equipment.

The cost of breakfast, lunch and dinner is already included in the accommodation. Meals are offered in the spacious dining room. Also on the territory of the boarding house "Chaika" (Lazarevskoye) there is a cafe and a bar serving excellent appetizers, salads, first and second courses, barbecue, desserts, as well as a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

There is also a canteen in the Olesya branch. True, they offer two meals a day costing about 500 rubles a day. Additionally, you can visit a small cafe with a varied menu.

Entertainment inside and outside the boarding house

Vacationers at the tourist center "Chaika" (Lazarevskoye) are offered two pebble beaches: city and private. The first one is 200 meters away and the second one is 1 km away. The private beach is equipped with sun loungers and awnings. Guests are attracted by water activities: slides, bananas, scooters, catamarans, boats and much more.

The Chaika tourist base has an excellent sports ground where you can play football, volleyball, basketball or table tennis.

There are many places to relax on the territory: benches and cozygazebos. If you wish, you can fry meat or fish skewers on the grill yourself.

In the boarding house "Olesya" there is an additional small pool.

Not far from the boarding house there is the Nautilus water park, cinemas, a dolphinarium, restaurants, cafes, many excursion booths and shops selling not only fresh vegetables and fruits, but also souvenirs, beach accessories, and much more. Very close to the bus stop.

The Chaika boarding house is located at the address: Krasnodar Territory, Sochi, Lazarevskoye village, Pobedy street, 2. A branch of the recreation center can be found on Sochi Highway, 2. Only 1 km separates the recreation center from the railway station. But the nearest airport Adler is located at a distance of 90 km.

From the railway station Lazarevsky to the recreation center can be reached by bus or taxi. From Sochi you need to get by train to the stop "Pension "Chaika" or by fixed-route taxis No. 71, 68 or 147.
