People traveled always and everywhere. Trips around Russia with our tourists are often limited to a few cities. One of them is Moscow, which attracts not only Russians, but also foreign guests from various countries. Moscow has a huge number of attractions that reflect the peculiarities of Russian culture or modernity. One of these modern places that attract people is the Moscow City business center of the capital. After reading the article, you will find out what "Moscow City" is, the nearest metro station, how to get there and what is interesting there, except for the skyscrapers themselves.

Moscow City

Moscow-City is Moscow's international business center located on Presnenskaya Embankment in the Krasnopresnensky district in the center of Moscow. The center has not yet been completed. It is planned to finish everything in 2019, but there areplans for further development. In total, about 20 buildings have already been built, and about 40 are planned at 21 project sites. One of the skyscrapers is the highest complex in Europe: the height of the Federation Tower is 374 m, which is several tens of meters higher than the Eiffel Tower. At the moment, more than ten complexes have been built, which include various buildings, finishing work is still underway in several of them.

How to get to the skyscrapers

You can get to the Moscow-City complex both by car and by metro. Near the business center there is a large multi-level transport interchange, the exit from which the navigator will point you to. You can also easily find it on the map yourself. But there are problems with parking spaces in the center: they are either paid or they are not. Therefore, we advise you to get there by metro or leave the car outside the business center. Fortunately, the equipped pedestrian bridge "Bagration" leads to the territory.

Also, the skyscrapers can be reached by public land transport to the stop "Derbenevskaya". Buses and minibuses run here from nearby areas or from metro stations quite often, so getting there is not so difficult.

Next, we will tell you which stations are near Moscow City (metro, railway) and how to get to the business center of the capital from them.

International metro station

A map will help a non-oriented person to get somewhere in the capitalMoscow metro. "Moscow-City" is located surrounded by several stations at once. One of them is International. The station is one of the terminal stations on the Filevskaya metro line and is located in close proximity to one of the Moscow City complexes. The metro station "Mezhdunarodnaya" was opened in 2006, when the construction of the business center was just beginning and the previous station of this branch - "Vystavochnaya" was opened. It has one feature - the eastern end of the platform is curved, which is quite rare, because usually the platforms are straight.

Vystavochnaya metro station

Located on a branch of the Filevskaya line of the Moscow metro. Opened in 2005, it was originally called the "Business Center", and in 2008 it was renamed the "Vystavochnaya" due to the nearby Expocentre building as part of the Moscow City center. The metro next to the exhibition center also caused a high flow of tourists to these places. The Expocenter constantly hosts various kinds of exhibitions at its sites, which attracts residents and guests of the capital. The exit from the station rests directly on the Expocenter, so you won't get lost here.

The station was opened recently - January 31, 2014,like the whole line, consisting of 2 stations - "Business Center" and "Victory Park". Both are interchanges and will subsequently become part of the Third Interchange Circuit.

We also made a western exit that leads to the shopping center "AfiMall". The station itself looks very modern, the gray marble marble finish and cold light make it quite beautiful.
