The company tried its hand at the market of Russian air carriers in 2009. The following restrictions have been introduced for hand luggage:

• in economy class it is allowed to carry cargo that occupies a single place up to 8 kg and personal items up to 2 kg;
• business class - 2 pieces up to 8 kg each and up to 2 kg of personal items.

Personal items include a handbag or a computer bag; mobility aids and medical equipment.

Luggage rules are introduced, directly dependent on the country of arrival/departure. Luggage from 23 to 32 kg is allowed for transportation. The weight and number of seats depend on the fare, selected class and loy alty program.

Pets are allowed (depending on the type) in the luggage compartment or in the cabin. In order to fly with your pet, you need to take care of the documents for it in advance, pay for transportation and provide food and water. Booking tickets for flights with animals is possible at least one day before the expected departure.

Pets weighing up to 8 kg are allowed in the cabin, if the weight characteristics are exceeded, transportation is carried out in the luggage compartment. An exception to the rule are guide dogs, for which there is no ban on dimensions and weight for staying in the cabin. Transportation of such dogs for owners will be completely free.

Loy alty program for passengers

For passengers who constantly use the services of the airline, a special loy alty program has been developed. By participating in it, a person accumulates bonus points - miles. And notonly for flights, but also for hotel reservations, car rentals from partner companies.
