Lego history

In 1932, Ole Kirk Christiansen founded his own toy company near the village of Billund in Denmark. Two years later, the company got its unique name LEGO (play well), which is still used today. Because Mr. Krzeczek continues to collect construction toys, the exhibition space in Prague has ceased to accommodate all the exhibits. After that, branches of the museum were opened in such cities as Kutna Hora, Liberec and Spindleruv Mlyn.
