Airline information
The first mention of the air carrier dates back to 1967, when the Tyumen Civil Aviation Administration was established. And only in 1991 the civil aviation department was disbanded, the airline "Tyumenaviatrans" was created. In 2002, there was a rebranding and the air carrier received the name "UTair". At that time, UTair had only a few aircraft in its fleet. They were used for internalair transportation, mainly in Siberia.
The hub airport for UTair is Moscow Vnukovo, and the headquarters of the management is in Surgut.
Flight geography
Utair's aircraft fleet is quite large and allows both domestic and international flights. In Russia, the airline operates flights to the Far East, Siberia and the European part of the country. Every day there are about 300 flights. Main directions: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don, Krasnoyarsk, Novosibirsk, as well as Kyiv, Minsk, Baku, Vilnius.

The main goal of the airline is to achieve a high level of passenger service and cargo transportation, as well as to remain competitive in the air transportation market.

According to management, the fleet reduction and, as a result, the reductionlease payments were supposed to save the company from bankruptcy.

And already in 2015, it got out of losses and made a profit of 2.5 billion rubles. There was an increase in passenger traffic.
