"Standards" located in the cottages have the following equipment: one-and-a-half or double bed, armchair, coffee table, bedside tables, wall lamp, dining table, two chairs, nightstand, plasma TV, DVD player, telephone with internal connection, safe, air conditioning, bathroom with toilet, sink and bathtub, refrigerator, cupboards, kettle, sink, basic set of dishes for two, microwave oven. There is also a soft folding bed provided for children up to 12 years old.

The rooms, located in a two-story building, are equipped as follows: bed (2 one-and-a-half or 1 double), coffee table, armchair, bedside tables, plasma TV, chairs, dining table, DVD player, air conditioning, soft folding bed for child, bathroom with hairdryer, towels, slippers and disposable hygiene products. There is also a safe and refrigerator. The floors in all rooms are carpeted.

Conditions for children

Children under 12 can stay at Mayak with adults for free. All rooms are provided with folding beds for the youngest guests who arrived on vacation duringVladivostok. The recreation center "Mayak" took care of the leisure of children. So, for them a game room with an area of 80 square meters is provided. It has a huge number of toys, houses, pillows, kits for creativity and designers. It is worth noting that visiting the game room for Mayak guests is completely free.
