Perm-Lysva: distance and available modes of transport

The distance from Perm to Lysva in a straight line is a little less than 100 kilometers. It can be traveled in several ways, the most popular being regular transport. Both cities are interesting to visit.

Trip by bus and car

It is best to cover the distance from Perm to Lysva by bus. It starts from one of the bus stations of the regional center - Central or South. The first flight is at 06:55 and the last one is at 21:10, over 20 flights per day. A ticket costs about 400 rubles, but sometimes it can be more expensive - about 500. Buses of different models:

Return flights depart from Lysva bus station. It is located on Smyshlyaeva Street, that is, next to the metallurgical plant, on the other side of the Lysva River from the railway station.

When traveling by car, the distance from Perm to Lysva will be 150 kilometers. You need to move to the northeast from the regional center along the routes 57K-0002, 57K-0011 and 57K-0001 through the town of Chusovoy, which is somewhat similar to Lysva (population, size, metallurgy).

Rail ride

Only one express train runs between cities, such a special train with a four-digit number, it travels the distance from Perm to Lysva in 2 hours and 45 minutes, and the ticket costs 335 rubles, therefore, the fare is low, about 2.5 rubles per kilometer. You can leave on it from any station in Perm (No. 1 and No. 2), along the way there will be about eight stops of one minute each. The express arrives in Lysva at 20:11. Thus, it is less suitable for visiting the city during the daytime than the bus.

On the return journey, the train from Lysva to Perm departs at 06:24 and arrives at 09:10. This schedule is convenient for those who travel to the regional center for shopping or study.

What to visit in Lysva and along the way?

Perm, of course, is more interesting than Lysva and Chusovoi put together, there is a museum of wooden architecture near it, and in the city itself there is a beautiful Kama and parks.

The metallurgical plant looks beautiful in Chusovoy, and in this city in 2013 a monument to Ataman Yermak was erected, which passed along the Chusovaya River in 1581.

Not far from Chusovoy, on the two banks of the Lysva, there is a settlement rare for Russia called Verkhnechusovskie gorodki, founded in 1568.

Lysva is decorated with a monument to Count Shuvalov. It has a complicated history - the first monument was flooded in a pond, and Lenin was erected in its place, but in 2009 the original monument was restored. The Church of St. John the Theologian also deserves attention, it was not closed during the Soviet era.
