When the socialist system was replaced by free commercial relations, Vladivostok Air OJSC was founded in 1994. Five years later, an international terminal was built. Its first visitors were one hundred and forty-eight passengers on a flight from Novosibirsk served by Vladivostok Air. Since September of the sameyear, this terminal took over all the services of the air harbor.
