Alanya is also a very picturesque area: rocky mountains, pine groves, tangerine plantations, olive and grape plantations only emphasize the pleasant resort flavor of this region.

The only drawback of Alanya as a resort can be considered its remoteness from Antalya Airport. Transfer to the hotel from the airport usually takes 2-3 hours. Internet is free in the rooms. Use of the safe - for an additional fee (2 euros per day, or about 130 rubles), filling the mini-bar - for an additional fee, 1 bottle of water per day - free of charge.

The rooms are cleaned by the staff every day, bed linen is changed every other day.

Hotel beach

The hotel has its own area on the city beach. It is shared with the Cleopatra Tac Hotel. Cleopatra beach in TurkeyToday it is considered the most picturesque and equipped in the region. There is a myth that may be based on historical facts: they say that Mark Antony himself arranged this beach in order to receive his eminent beloved Cleopatra with maximum imperial comfort.

For a couple of centuries, the legend that sand was brought here from Egypt was diligently planted and maintained. Scientists have found that the sand on Cleopatra Beach in Turkey is identical to the sand on the shores of Egypt and North Africa.

Of course, the veracity of this information is unlikely to be verified. But the very fact that the city beach of Alanya is considered one of the most comfortable and popular in the region already says a lot. The sand on the coast is mixed with small pebbles. Because of this, sea water is clean and clear, even despite the high waves.

Also, this beach is one of the cleanest and most well-groomed in all of Turkey, it is a well-deserved winner of the prestigious Blue Flag award. The beach has everything for the safety and comfort of tourists: lifeguards, cafes, shops, vending machines, sports equipment rentals, toilets, showers, changing cabins.

Sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach are paid (approximate cost is 200 rubles per day), mattresses are free, beach towels are not provided at the hotel. There is a road between the hotel and the beach.

During the winter season, the beach is open, but not equipped, bars, shops, lifeguards, etc. do not work

In Tac Premier, the AI system does not operate around the clock, but from 10:00 to midnight, and in winter until 23:00. As part of the concept, guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and brunch at the main restaurant in buffet style.

Hotel bars

There are 4 establishments on the territory of the hotel complex:

• The beach bar is open from 09:00 to 19:00, drinks are not included in the all inclusive, they can be ordered for an additional fee.
• The pool bar is open from 10 am until midnight, serving drinks all day, according to ALL. The following treats are available to guests: tea, coffee, water, soft drinks, packaged juices, alcohol (vodka, house wine, raki, beer, gin, liquor) and ice cream.
• The lobby bar is open from 10 am to midnight.
• The restaurant's bar is open for breakfast, afternoon tea, lunch and dinner. A working bar in the main restaurant is a big plus for the hotel. Quite often, guests who prefer to drink food at leastanything, have to go to the bar for drinks or buy them separately.

You can order fresh juices, smoothies, champagne, Turkish coffee, branded imported drinks for an additional fee.

There is no a la carte restaurant at Tac Premier Hotel & SPA 4. There is only the main one, serving guests in the buffet format, and 4 bars. Lovers of gastronomic delights can go to one of the many places in Alanya.

Special Menu: Diet menu and Vegetarian menu available at the hotel. No children's menu.

Service is often a "litmus test" of the quality of the hotel as a whole. Even the newest, fancy luxury hotel can ruin its ratings due to lame service. On the Antalya coast of Turkey, where the work of most establishments is seasonal, most often the quality of service "sinks" in those segments where hoteliers make do with seasonal workers. These are animators, bartenders, waiters, maids, etc.

Alas, Tac Premier Hotel & SPA 4is no exception, some tourists noted in their reviews the rudeness of the reception staff and the negligence of the maids.

In the evening, hotel guests can go to the show program or the performance of animators, but the disco in the hotel does not work. This disadvantage is partially offset by the proximity to the center of Alanya, where there are many clubs and other establishments with a "boiling" nightlife.

During the winter season, entertainment at the Tac Premier Hotel & SPA is much less diverse, as the animation team works only from April 15 to October 15.

Services for children

Alanya is a popular family holiday destination. The city beach is optimally suited for bathing children and inexperienced swimmers. And within walking distance are supermarkets, parks, cafes, pharmacies and other facilities that are so necessary for family travelers.

Also, almost all hotels, even the most budget ones, are trying to improve their service, sharpen it to receive tourists of all age groups.

At Tac Premier Hotel & SPA, the service for children is not as diverse as in some hotels in Alanya, but it is still sufficiently developed to provide the little tourists with the necessary comfort.

In the room you can order a baby cot for children under 3 years free of charge. The restaurant has high chairs. There is a children's pool and playground on site.

The hotel has children's animators, but there is no babysitting, as well as no mini club, stroller rental, children's menu, water slides, etc.

Note that Tac PremierHotel & SPA 4is not the best choice for travelers with children from 0 to 4 years old. But for schoolchildren, the hotel is ideal. After all, they are already interested in excursions, trips to the zoo, water park, mountains, shopping center, etc. and will be able to fully appreciate the advantages of the hotel's location.

Almost all tourists in their reviews emphasized the advantages of the hotel's location: in the center of Alanya, next to Cleopatra Beach, in close proximity to interesting excursion sites in Alanya.

Even in a positive way, tourists spoke about food. They wrote that the food is fresh, tasty and varied, the restaurant's work schedule is convenient, the waiters are polite.

The beach next to the hotel was also praised by almost all the guests of the hotel. But the price of sun loungers / umbrellas, paid drinks, etc., and the overcrowding of the beach strip upset the vacationers.

Repair in the rooms, the quality of cleaning, the speed of settlement received negative reviews. Tourists write about cases of careless cleaning, maids neglect some of their duties (do not change towels, do not bring water, do not wipe dust). Also, the reviews of tourists contain unflattering comments about the facts of breakdowns in the rooms, check-in to a lower category room, etc.
