Rest here is preferred by those people who appreciate the silence, tranquility and comfort. The resort is no less attractive for couples with children, since Bogazkent has a lot of entertainment for kids. The resort has gained popularity due to the clear sea and beautiful beaches surrounded by cypress groves and pine forests. Who shouldn't go toBogazkent is for those who cannot imagine rest without an active nightlife. The young resort cannot boast of a large number of nightclubs. Almost all entertainment is concentrated on the territories of the entertainment complexes themselves.

The sandy coast of the resort stretches for six kilometers. It has fine sand and clear water. The carriage-carriage turtles have chosen the local coast. It is for this reason that the area is a National Wildlife Refuge.

Tours at Waterworld Crystal Resort Spa, although popular, reviews about the hotel are quite contradictory. The hotel has a very large and equipped, but not quite clean territory. But first things first.

The number of rooms is quite good, although not all apartments are in the same good condition. The number may or may not be good. All tourists note the poor quality of cleaning, or rather, its complete absence. Maidsthey come regularly, but they don't do wet cleaning. Moreover, even a tip does not save the situation. Often vacationers complain that they are settled in untidy apartments. The soundproofing of the rooms is practically non-existent. Since many families with children are resting, squeaks and screams are heard around. In the afternoon, it is very difficult to put the kids to sleep in such noise.

Linen and towels are rarely changed. Perhaps this is due to the negligence of the staff itself, or perhaps this is the norm for the institution.

As for food in Waterworld Crystal (Belek), the reviews of tourists about it are also quite contradictory. The main restaurant offers a wide range of dishes, but not all of them are delicious. Basically, Turkish food prevails. In addition, most of the dishes are very similar to each other. In general, the food is quite good. But the choice of food for children is small, there are practically no soups, and the rest of the dishes are quite spicy and s alty. The bars offer normal quality drinks and cocktails. Guests of the hotel really praise desserts and pastries, which the chef turns out just fine. All those with a sweet tooth will surely love the desserts.

The hotel has a wide selection of a la carte restaurants, but you can only visit one of them for free per trip. Which one is better is hard to say. It all depends on your gastronomic tastes.

The main restaurant lacks staff and it is very noticeable. Waiters with such a number of visitors, just do not cope with the work. You can often seea queue of tourists or uncleaned dishes. The hall is not very clean. According to tourists, such service does not correspond to the status of the hotel. Apparently, the administration saves on employees, and this despite the fact that the complex is very large and completely filled with people.

Overall impression of the hotel

Waterworld Crystal Hotel makes a rather ambiguous impression on tourists. Someone is satisfied, but most of the reviews are negative. It seems that the institution consists of a plexus of contrasts. On the one hand, the hotel has a large territory, and on the other hand, this territory is very elongated, and not along the coast. In fact, only the side part of the establishment goes to the sea. In the same way they are lined up along the territory and the corps. The complex has two large beautiful swimming pools. They are very beautiful and clean, swimming in them is a real pleasure. Nearby there are recreation areas with sun loungers and awnings.

During the daytime animation for adults is not very active. Most of the activities are held around the pool. Very interesting water park, which is quite good. He works five hours a day. In principle, this time is enough to ride to the fullest, but with a heavy load of the hotel, queues accumulate on each slide, so most of the time you just wait for your descent, which lasts much less than waiting for it. Crystal Waterworld has its own beach. The distance to it depends on how far you live from the coast. We have already mentioned that the hulls are lined up perpendicular to the shore. The sandy beach is quite spacious. It has sun loungers and awnings, which are enough for all guests. However, the sand itself is very dirty, it is not sieved. All the garbage left by tourists, as well as cigarette butts, simply remains on the coast. For children who always crawl in the sand, this is unacceptable. The entry into the sea is gentle, but the bottom is rocky. Pebbles, though not very large, but sharp. Therefore, if you did not bring your own shoes suitable for such occasions, you will have to buy them. There are enough shops with such marine accessories on the territory of the hotel and beyond. You can't do without special shoes. Otherwise, the coast pleases with beauty and warm sea.

Institution service

The hotel is family oriented. And there are really a lot of kids in it. However, not everything here is provided for children, especially food. The hotel has a very nice mini-club, but unfortunately there are no special activities for children. But there is an evening mini-disco.

The hotel staff is very different: from wonderful to not very nice people. This, perhaps, is the reason for so many shortcomings. The administration of the institution, in pursuit of savings on employees, completely forgot about the decent level of service that any hotel should have, especially if five stars flaunt on its sign.

The hotel is very conveniently located, so it is quite easy to get to it from the airport. In addition, you can very quickly get to shopping or an excursion to Belek. The institution, of course, has a number of advantages, which are neutralized by a large number of mistakes in the work of the staff.
