History of Creation
The Cinizelli Circus was opened in 1877 on the initiative of an Italian citizen and member of a dynasty of artists. The building is the embodiment of a unique technical concept of engineers. For the first time in the world, no supporting columns were used in the construction of the dome, creating a striking spatial effect.
