Today, there are many different incentive programs for customers who constantly use the services of airlines. The number of partners, services and participants is increasing every year. Transaero Privilege: registration

Any passenger over the age of 12 can become a member. To do this, you need to fill out a form and get an account number. Miles will be credited to it. First, a temporary account is issued. After accumulating 1,000 miles or two business class flights or four economy class flights, it will become permanent. The Transaero Privilege program also provides for some restrictions. The account will be canceled if no flights are made during the year, and no points are accumulated within 36 months. Miles are valid for 3 years from the date of first flight.

Although the participantsThe Transaero Privilege program can only be received by persons over the age of 12; the company has not forgotten about the smallest passengers. Their miles are credited to the parent's account and then counted as a discount. To start such a scheme, it is necessary to attach the data of a small passenger to the account of an adult, providing a copy of the birth certificate. Bonuses will be transferred after notification of air travel to the email of the program.

Discounts and points accrual

Transaero Privilege Company earns points in the form of discounts or bonuses for flights on flights of the airline of the same name. Transaero is not yet part of any of the air alliances, so the choice of destinations is very limited. Membership card can be issued in one of 12 banks (Gazprom, Russian Standard, VTB, Promsvyaz, etc.). The uniqueness of this program lies in the fact that points are also accumulated for using the services of partners.

Transaero has a joint bonus program with the British airline BMI, for flights with which the client's virtual account is replenished. The only negative is that you cannot upgrade the class of service for points.

Types of bonuses

Points are divided into basic and additional. The first are charged for air travel. The second - for using the services of partner companies, a co-branded card (jointly with a bank), charter, auction flights. This also includes points accrued before the moment of registration in the program, as well aschildren's discounts. Such a gradation is needed to increase the level of the participant card.

You can get it at the Transaero representative office. If the client issues a co-branded card (jointly with the bank), then the number of the program participant will already be indicated on the plastic carrier.

Gold and Silver cardholders can stay in the business lounge, arrange more comfortable seats on the plane, extra weight for luggage. To receive such privileges, it is necessary to make a certain number of flights or accumulate points on the main account. Special conditions for beginners are provided by the Transaero Privilege program. If, within 12 months after issuing the main card, the client has accumulated 10,000 miles or completed 15 (30) flights in business (economy) class, then he automatically receives a silver card. For Gold, the conditions are more stringent: 18 thousand points, 30 (60) flights to business(economy) class. Membership card must be presented when booking/purchasing air tickets and check-in.

Management

You can track the number of accumulated points in your Personal Account on the airline's website. The service is very convenient. You can restore a flight that was not counted, transfer an award or change data directly from the Internet by filling out a special form on the website. In addition to exchanging bonuses for free flights and participating in promotions, airline customers receive additional benefits.

Master card holders:

Silver Card Passengers:

Gold Card holders have all the above benefits plus:

the right to invite a companion to the business lounge;
take 15 kgextra baggage or 2 pieces;
Guaranteed seats on Economy Class flights, provided bookings are made 48 hours prior to departure.

Conversion

Points can be accumulated not only for air travel, but also for payments with a card issued by one of their partner banks. Such plastic payment instruments make it possible to accumulate bonuses and use a credit card at the same time. The program is not as wide as that of Aeroflot, and the conversion takes place at a different rate: 100 rubles.=1 point.

The accumulated points can be used to upgrade the service class and purchase an award ticket.

Co-branded cards

Of all the conditions of partner banks, the most profitable are presented under the VTB Transaero Privilege program.

1. Low interest rate - 19%. For comparison: SMP - from 23.99%, Promsvyazbank - 27.9%, Rosgosstrakh - 25%.

2. The first year is free of charge. This is immediately felt in comparison with competitors: SMP charges 600 rubles, and Russian Standard charges 1.5 thousand rubles for an American Express class card.

3. Premium Bonuses: 200 points for the firstpurchase. Promsvyaz and Rosgosstrakh offer the same amount. "Opening" and Rosbank accrue only 100 points. And SMP also gives 25 bonuses for an additional card transaction.

4. High credit limit. VTB24 offers loans in the amount of up to 300 thousand rubles. Of course, each application is considered individually. But this figure is still higher than that of Promsvyazbank (150 thousand rubles). Although Russian Standard is ready to lend to customers in the amount of up to 450 thousand rubles.

5. Bonuses. Unlike other banks, VTB24 awards 1 point for 90 rubles and 2 points for the same amount spent abroad.

But this card has its drawbacks. So, only persons who have been working in the last place for more than 6 months and have a sufficient level of income can apply for a product in VTB24. Since the card is focused on non-cash payments, a large commission is charged for withdrawing money: 5.5% (minimum - 300 rubles). For the same operation, SMP takes 2.99%, "Russian Standard" - 3.9%.

Benefit

The accumulated bonuses can be exchanged for an award ticket, a higher class of service or goods from the airline's partners. How realistic is this scheme? A ticket from Moscow to Europe can be bought for 2700 points. Bonuses are stored for 3 years. VTB24 awards 1 point for 90 rubles. and 200 bonus points. Total we get:

2700-200=2500 points;
250090=225 thousand rubles
225/36 mo=6, 25 thousand rubles.
225/12=18.75 thousand rubles

So, in order to save up for a free ticket, you need to pay for a year with a cardmonthly goods in the amount of 18.75 thousand rubles (6.25 thousand - for 3 years). In principle, the amount is real. Although the percentage of customers who manage to spend points on flights is low.

Conclusion

Clients who frequently fly with Transaero can get a special card, accumulate miles and exchange them for bonuses. To register in the program, only the application of the client is required. After accumulating 10,000 miles, the client becomes a permanent member of the program and can take part in promotions and enjoy privileges. It is possible to issue a co-branding card of one of 12 banks. Then it can be used for payments in stores. The Transaero Privilege card number will be the same as that of the credit card.
