Where is it?
On the Sea of Azov, in the Donetsk region (near the famous village of Urzuf), there is a small village with the exotic name Babakh-Tarama. From Urzuf, the distance to it is only 4 kilometers. You can walk along the coast, but in order to get to the village, you will need to return to the highway towards Berdyansk and then down to the sea. Zaporozhye region of Ukraine immediately begins from the west behind the village.
The village is located on a hill. A steep cliff rises above the sea, and the views of the sea surface are simply magnificent.
Housing
The village offers its guests a quiet and relaxing holiday. Babakh-Tarama as a resort has not been known for a very long time, one can say that the resort infrastructure of the village is under development. In the summer, bustling Urzuf is crowded with tourists, thanks to which the simple fishing village is slowly gaining the attention of vacationers.
Private guest houses are the main housing of the village of Babakh-Tarama. Boarding houses, recreation centers and mini-hotels are all located near the sea, since there are only three streets in the village. In almost every courtyard you can rent housing for every taste and pocket. The owners of the guest houses are very welcoming and hospitable, trying to provide maximum comfort and create ideal conditions for relaxation.
Among the guest houses of the village, some recreation centers stand out. So, for example, the recreation center "Heat", which is located ten meters from the sea. As many as eight new cozy wooden cabins welcome vacationers and offer ideal conditions and a wonderful holiday.
Babakh-Tarama, although a small village, there are also large boarding houses here. The recreation center "Zhiguli" has an area of just over a hectare.
Many mini-boarding houses are named after their owners. So, for example, the boarding house "At Palych", "Victoria", the villa "Zosya", "At Valentina". A very interesting guest house called "Comfort" really justifies its name. Cozy rooms are rented in a new cottage, and the territory is immersed in the greenery of the park.
Wild vacation
Babah-Tarama, in addition to housing in the private sector, is famous for its camping. Immediately behind the village is a fairly large tent city. For a nominal fee, lovers of wild recreation have the opportunity to stay in their favorite place.
Between Urzuf and Babakh-Tarama there is an equipped tent city called "Cliff". The camping area is landscaped, there is lighting, electricity, many trees, a barbecue area, water, toilets and showers.
Small summer houses are rented on the territory, or you can put up your own tents.

The local market is able to satisfy the demands of tourists. They say that you can buy everything here - fish, groceries, seasonal vegetables and fruits, beach accessories and souvenirs.
Among the shortcomings, some vacationers distinguish a steep descent to the sea. To get down to the beach, you have to climb a series of steps.
If you prefer a quiet holiday, clear sea and do not like the night noise of discos, then you will really like Babah-Taram, because there is everything for a good rest at affordable prices.
