Moscow is not only streets and avenues, it is also an underground world. It is very mysterious and full of secrets. Water lines are intertwined here, sewerage is adjacent to ancient crypts and cemeteries. However, the main and significant component of the underground life of the capital is, of course, the subway.
The station "Novoyasenevskaya" was opened in the spring of 2008 (its first name was "Bitsevsky Park"). At the moment, it is one of the most important stations of the Kaluzhsko-Rizhskaya line, its workload in the morning and evening hours is more than 30 thousand people. Let's see what she looks like? and look into its location.
Interesting from history
Moscow began to expand in the 60s of the last century. Prior to this, the city limits ended where the Moscow Ring Road now passes. It was the ring road that was considered the administrative border of the capital right up to the 1980s.
The territories adjacent to the Novoyasenevskaya metro station were considered deep Moscow suburbs. And Bitsevsky Park was not even in sight. It was created only in the spring of 1992, after the collapseUSSR.
Station location
The authorities of the capital planned to expand not only Moscow, but also to reach the metro lines to the deepest regions of the Moscow region. Most recently, stations have been opened reaching the densely populated areas of Solntsev, Novokosin, Zhulebin and Myakinin.
One of these new platforms is the Novoyasenevskaya station. It is next after Yasenevo, the terminal station of the orange line. It connects the peripheral residential areas of Butovo and other areas of the near Moscow region with the capital's sectors.
Design and architecture
The construction type of the station "Novoyasenevskaya" is colloquially called "centipede". This means that the vestibule ceiling is supported by two rows, each with forty columns. They are made of pink marble, and the walls to the right of the tracks are tiled with dark green tiles. Combined with the gray granite that covers the floor of the lobby, this color creates an unimaginable flavor of grace and grandeur.
The Novoyasenevskaya metro station was designed by the famous architect N. I. Shumakov. For the convenience of passengers, two vestibules were created: the northern one (with access to the underground passage) and the southeastern (ground). The station is combined with another metro station. Transfer to Bitsevsky Park is carried out through the ground lobby from the southern exit of Novoyasenevskaya station.
Description of internallobbies
The decor of the station is made in an unusual style. Ceilings, for example, have suspended beams that are installed to hide all wires and pipes. They are white in color, giving the feeling that the space in the lobby is simply limitless.
The cellular metal tile on the track walls looks great when paired with the new gray granite flooring. Separately, it is worth noting how conveniently the exits for the disabled are arranged. There is a special lift for them, which was installed as part of the target program "Social Integration of the Disabled and Other Persons with Disabilities".
Trains and tracks
Electric trains at the station "Novoyasenevskaya" are formed of three types of cars: two-headed, in which there is a control cabin, intermediate motor and intermediate trailer. The number of cars in one train - 8 pieces.
In 2010, new modernized electric trains were developed, in which the level of comfort reaches the level of advanced foreign models. It is modern trains of a new generation that operate on the entire section of the line, starting with Oktyabrskaya and ending with the last station. They are equipped with reclining seats that provide more room during peak hours. Also, the width of the doorways in the new electric trains has been increased to speed up the process of disembarking and boarding passengers.
Capital subway counts nowtotal 206 stations. Novoyasenevskaya is the 141st station of the Moscow Metro. Thanks to modern carriages, which are equipped with advanced interactive passenger information systems, it is considered one of the most convenient stations. Especially these improvements facilitate the travel of older passengers, as well as foreign tourists who find it difficult to understand Russian by ear. Now they can see on the electronic screen what station they are at, where they are going and what is the next station.
Neighbourhood
