As it happens with many fishing villages in Greece, the village on the island of Rhodes - Faliraki - has become a popular, tourist-favorite resort where you can sunbathe, walk, see the sights, and generally have fun. But for outdoor activities, people come to these places between April and October - it is not so hot, and the weather is conducive to travel. But, of course, renting a car is a solution to many problems. Thus, you can get to places where no transport goes, leave the car in the parking lot and go to the mountains. By the way, you should know that it is easier for summer tourists to shop on the island - shops and shops are open until late, especially since the main influx of buyers is expected in the evenings. But "winter" vacationers should take into account the fact that the working day can be significantly reduced.

Excellent fish cuisine also glorified the island of Rhodes. Faliraki can invite you to visit its many taverns andtreat yourself to the catch of the day. Swordfish dishes are especially good. Yes, and the traditional fried fish trifle with lemon juice is very good as a start. And at the end of the meal, try one of the many island desserts. One of the best restaurants is the Manolis tavern. People come here to treat themselves even from other resort villages: inexpensive and very tasty. And in extreme heat, try ice cream with fruit, melba - it is handmade here, and the choice of varieties simply makes your eyes run wide. Faliraki, due to its location, can also boast of restaurants offering a bite to eat, freshen up or arrange a serious banquet near the water, to the sound of waves and the cry of seagulls.
